These classes are designed to meet you where you are, each time you arrive. I blend my mindfulness and yoga training to design thoughtful sessions to wake up your muscles, slowly building some heat, whilst maintaining awareness of sensations and how the body feels. Moving through a breath-paced flow, with compassion, stretching and strengthen your entire body. Plenty of time to slow down, pause and tune inwards, tapping into that deeper part of yourself that doesn’t judge or criticise.
These classes will help you increase your flexibility and strength in a safe gentle flow, while relieving and preventing back pain, strengthening the core, releasing stress and and leaving you with a feeling of inner peace. A different theme each week and lots of modifications, so it’s perfect for beginners, returners or if you have an injury. We always finish on our backs and get cosy for a 15/20 mins relaxation or yoga nidra and leaving you feeling calm, centred, nourished and joyful.
